UNIQUE STORYLINE
A concept born out of 45 years performing the same show for the “Festival of the Gnomes,” the veteran gnomes returned with new stories and riffs on the traditional scenes.
“The Drunk’n Gnome” has been a growing hit with adults and provided some much-needed humor on problems gnomes and humans have in common: drinking, divorce, drugs and other festive foibles.
Follow the gnomes on many adventures as they navigate 21st century problems through their stories told at the “The Drunk’n Gnome Tavern.”
The usual drunk’n gnomes show up, which attracts new lowlife gnome clientele and new problems, all equally tick off the gnome lady proprietor, “Sledge.”
In gnomeland, “The Drunk’n Gnome” show has been given a “T” (for troll) rating for language and subject matter; like the standard “R” rating for humans. The cast was pushing for the more restrictive “S” for Snotgurgle rating, but management put their big hairy feet down.
With many adventures, the show moves quickly as audience members travel the land of gnomes and the bar line at intermission. At the end of the show, the gnomes hope the audience is feeling relaxed enough to join in singing the classic “Drunk’n Gnome.”
