“CLASS ACT” YOUTH DRAMA
All levels of interest and abilities are welcome! The classes provide a wonderful introduction to drama, as well as expansion of theatre knowledge. Held on the indoor theatre’s stage, a few of the topics covered include: creative dramatics, improvisation, pantomime, script work, stage direction, terms and techniques, as well as enunciation and projection.

“SUMMERTIME ON-STAGE” DRAMA CAMP
JUNE – JULY
All levels of interest and abilities are welcomed. Campers meet weekdays on the indoor theatre stage to learn creative dramatics, vocal techniques, movement, script work, costuming and prop-making. At the conclusion, campers present a musical finale for the public. It’s been a favorite summer event for many children for decades. Over the years, we added Tech Camp for those interested in what goes on “behind the scenes” – just as important as what happens on stage!
- WHEN:
- 4 weeks mid June – mid July
- Starts the Monday after Father’s Day
- 1st week – Monday-Thursday
- 2nd & 3rd week – Monday-Thursday/Friday – depends on July 4th
- 4th week – Monday-Friday (tech week)
- 4th week – Saturday & Sunday (shows 2:00 pm)
- OFF July 3 & 4
- 4 weeks mid June – mid July
- AGES:
- 5 – 18 (those age 18 and have graduated already, have aged out of camp)

“FESTIVAL OF THE GNOMES”
AUDITIONS – October, open to ages 11 & up. Great for families!
SHOWS – 1st Saturday & Sunday in December – 2:00 PM
Learn about the legends and lore of the wee folk who do good works for man and nature. Come enjoy the live music, “gnomemade” crafts, gnome doll raffle and more. Need a gnome hat? We have ’em here! Have a hat? Don’t forget your complimentary tassel to track how many years you’re here!
