Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park and Theatre is incredibly proud to be a treasure enjoyed by generations since 1976. We are a cornerstone for our community’s talent, preserver of local history and beautiful oasis in downtown Joliet.
This has been made possible by the generous supporters of the park’s nonprofit, Will-Joliet Bicentennial Park, Inc., a 501 (C)(3) registered with the State of Illinois.
Event sponsorship keeps our historic park and waterfront theater venue alive and thriving as an attraction and resource to all: the young to those young-at-heart, residents to visitors and individuals to organizations. We especially thankful to our current sponsors listed below.
If you have been pleased with what we have accomplished in the past and what goals we hope to attain in the future, there are several ways that you may financially assist in our many endeavors. One example is our FREE “Concerts On The Hill” series – going for over 40 years. They actually began as “Concerts In The Rough” (above picture). Help keep this beloved community tradition going by being a sponsor.
ENDOWMENT FUND
Any funds donated to the Will-Joliet Bicentennial Park, Inc.’s endowment fund will be used to establish a principal base of investment to produce income available for programs and activities.

THE DONORS’ WALL
A very special wall gleams in the Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park theatre’s lobby. The wall of donors’ names reflect the wonderful supporters who have made the Park possible. You too can be a part of this rich legacy for all to see. Many people have also purchased a “gold brick” to honor a special occassion or a loved one’s memory. For $1,000.00 to $10,000.00, one may purchase an engravd broze plaque with an enscription of your choice.

CONCERTS ON THE HILL
For $1,000.00 to $3,000.00, one may become a sponsor for one month of our “Concerts On the Hill.” Next year, 2017 will be our 43nd year of having free concerts every Thursday evening during the months of June, July and August.
HISTORIC WALK
No contribution is too small (or too big) to help support our very unique historic walk that winds throughout our ten-acre park. Bronze plaques on large boulders along the walk telling historic facts about events that took place here on Joliets first street, old Bluff Street established in 1832.
Thank you for considering the Park to be a recipient of a charitable contribution. The Will-Joliet Bicentennial Park Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization. If you need any additional information, please feel free to contact Debbie Greene. The Park is our favorite subject!
