“Summertime On-Stage” Drama & Tech Camp

- open to ages 5-18
- runs mid-June to mid-July for 4 weeks. Starts the Monday after Father’s Day.

- meets Mondays – Thursdays/ Fridays (depends on when July 4 lands).
- learn script work, theater techniques, terminology, singing and dancing along with designing costumes, props, lighting and sound according to level of interest and ability.

“Class Act” Fall & Winter Saturday Classes

- all levels of interest & ability welcomed!
- fall classes meet for 5 Saturdays mid-September to October
- winter classes meet for 5 Saturdays mid-January to February

“We’ve Said Worse” House Improv Team
Join the fun of creative theatre games! Remember the show “Whose Line Is It Any Way?” where a funny situation is given and the team acts it out? Giggles galore and quick quips keep each game different. Open to high school students and adults who meet on the indoor theatre stage and sometimes perform offsite.

The Joliet Drama Guild
Since 1932, the Joliet Drama Guild is the second oldest community theatre group in Illinois! They have actors and audience members that are on the second, and in some cases, third generation! The JDG calls Billie Limacher Bicentennial Park Theatre their home, where they perform their summer musical and other productions. They also enjoy performing locally for new audiences. They are a proud members of the American Association of Community Theatre and the and the Illinois Theatre Association.
